As the name suggests, these baits are more durable for applications like surf fishing, trolling, offshore bottom fishing or in areas with numerous toothy bait stealers. These baits are also going to last longer in the heat of the late spring and summer when water temps climb to the mid 70s or 80s. The Longer Lasting baits are infused with a resilient layer of nonwoven mesh to hold them together which is also great for species that have powerfull jaws and/or sharp teeth such as Trigger fish.
